Hourly as needed
$30 membership,$18/hour, $15/hour if you purchase 3 or more hours that month, even lower rate if you are busier. Rebate is automatic - you dont have to know ahead of time that your phone will ring!
Combine both methods IF you want! Combine set hours every month and flexible hours when you need to grab an extra hour.
